Is this a SPA with beds?
No. Room stock. Procedures without rooms live on /spa/.

No. Rooms, folio, check-in, HK (housekeeping). Kitchen is F&B (food and beverage) only: the waiter sends breakfast to the KDS (kitchen display).
Yes. Own stock and own shift on each desk. Trial keeps both desks live.
The guest till starts with Cash and Kaspi. In settings the owner adds card, bank transfer, Halyk, B2B counterparty, or combined payment. The cashier picks the method on the receipt; the shift splits it in ₸. Flox subscription is a separate invoice confirmed by staff — Pro does not auto-enable. A hotel preset starts with cash, card and transfer; the owner can enable Kaspi in settings.
The owner hires staff, assigns a role template and a PIN. Access is cut by module — ACL (access rights), not “everyone sees everything”. If someone forgets the PIN, the owner resets it in Admin and the employee’s sessions end.
